Once an order is placed and paid for, there are no refunds if you suddenly decide to cancel your order. This is because ALL DMWW products are produced on demand, meaning that when an order is placed, money is likely spent on our behalf immediately to begin fulfilling that order.
Unless there is visible damage to the print itself that happened during the printing process or a possible item mix up with an order, at no time will returns, exchanges, or refunds be accepted or given. There must be a valid reason/defect before either of these things can occur.
All DMWW products are printed on demand and rarely kept in stock, so if you place an order, pay for it, it gets printed, and is received by you without any quality defects, you cannot return, exchange, or get a refund for your item(s).
